RTS came up with an innovative new stand-alone product for inhaler testing that needed an equally innovative software system. We supplied the software know-how and helped architect the embedded touch-interface software that powers it. The product has since won acclaim and awards in the industry.
     
  We teamed-up with Arabis to design and implement a bespoke, web-based CRM and sales platform for a major national driving school. Within 12 months, everyday business communications and customer relationship management were switched to the web with instructors and customer service staff across the UK using the service.
     
 
  We worked with Debtmatters on enhancements for their internal Customer Relationship Management system to cope with their rapidly growing business. Areas for improvement were scoped with business leaders and implemented within 3 months.
     
 
  Thermo needed a solution to managing the growing amount of internal team information they generated and chose Microsoft Sharepoint. We handled the implementation of Microsoft Sharepoint for European operations from analysing requirements and the information taxonomy all the way through to training staff on how to use the new system.
